Lambelujah is a free, family-friendly Christian children's resource. These terms keep the hosting fair, the assets used in the right spirit, and our small family team protected from a few specific kinds of abuse. By using lambelujah.com or its assets, you agree to what's below.

Who's behind this

Lambelujah is a brand of Love Jesus Software, LLC, a Florida-registered limited liability company at 2715 Parkview Dr, Fort Myers, FL 33901. Lambelujah is the public brand name we use for this music and teaching project. When these terms say "we," we mean Love Jesus Software, LLC. When they say "you," we mean the person using the site or the assets.

Acceptable use

This is a children's-ministry corner of the internet. Please:

• Use the site and its assets in family-friendly ways.
• Don't scrape the site, the database, or our APIs.
• Don't spam the contact form, the email signup, or any other input.
• Don't impersonate another person, ministry, or organization.
• Don't use the contact form to harass anyone.
• Don't try to break, probe, or interfere with the site's normal operation.
• Don't use any OAuth connection, upload tool, or admin feature unless you are an authorized Lambelujah administrator.

Content license — what you CAN do for free

All Lambelujah videos, songs, lyrics, coloring pages, and lyric sheets are © Love Jesus Software, LLC and are distributed freely for personal use, family worship, Sunday school classes, and Christian children's ministry contexts. Permission is granted to:

• Print coloring pages and lyric sheets for your own kids or your classroom.
• Share lambelujah.com links with anyone, anywhere.
• Embed our YouTube videos using YouTube's embed link on your church website, ministry blog, classroom display, or homeschool page.
• Sing the songs in church services, Sunday school, VBS, and home worship — no PRO licensing or CCLI fee is charged by Lambelujah for private and non-commercial worship use.
• Translate lyrics for use in your own family or classroom, as long as the original authorship is acknowledged.

What's NOT permitted (without separate written permission)

• Re-uploading our videos to YouTube, TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, or any other platform. Please share by linking to our channel or to the specific song page instead — that way the songs all live in one canonical place and we can keep them updated.
• Commercial use — selling printed coloring books that include our art, paid streaming, paid downloads, paid mobile apps containing our songs, merchandise printed with our characters, etc.
• Removing the Lambelujah branding from the assets or claiming our art / songs / videos as your own work.
• Training AI models on the content (including using our audio, video, lyrics, or illustrations as training data, fine-tuning data, or as inputs to generative-AI workflows).

If you'd like to do something the "not permitted" list rules out — for example, a ministry that wants to translate a whole album into another language, or a publisher who wants to print a coloring book — please write to us through the contact form and we'll talk.

Official Lambelujah social publishing

Lambelujah may publish its own songs, clips, previews, and educational resources on official Lambelujah-operated channels, including YouTube, Pinterest, TikTok, streaming platforms, and future official accounts. The re-upload limits above apply to third parties; they do not prevent Love Jesus Software, LLC from distributing Lambelujah content through its own authorized channels.

TikTok admin app

The TikTok app and related admin pages are private tools for authorized Lambelujah administrators. They use TikTok Login Kit and TikTok's official APIs to connect the Lambelujah TikTok account, display connection status, and support video publishing or video administration actions that an admin intentionally starts. The app does not offer public user accounts, does not ask visitors to connect their TikTok accounts, and does not post to TikTok without an authorized admin action. Any TikTok reviewer or test user access is limited to verifying that private admin login flow.

Optional donations

Downloads remain free whether or not you give. Any donation button is voluntary and is processed by Stripe. Donations do not purchase exclusive access, ownership of Lambelujah content, or permission to use the content outside these terms unless we separately agree in writing.

Third-party platforms

When you watch on YouTube, connect Pinterest, authorize TikTok as an admin, use Stripe Checkout, or follow a link to another platform, that platform's own terms and privacy policy also apply. We are not responsible for third-party platform outages, moderation decisions, account actions, or policy changes.

Disclaimers

The site and the assets are provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied. Nothing on Lambelujah is medical, legal, financial, or professional advice. Scriptural content reflects our doctrinal interpretation in the Reformed-evangelical tradition, written prayerfully but written by human beings; please read your Bible and weigh what we say against it.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Love Jesus Software, LLC and its members, employees, and contractors will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from (a) your access to or use of (or inability to access or use) the site or the assets, (b) any conduct or content of any third party on the site, or (c) unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your transmissions or content. Because the public resources are offered free of charge, our total liability to you for any claim arising out of or related to these terms or the site is limited to USD $50.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Love Jesus Software, LLC and its members, employees, and contractors from any claim, demand, loss, or damage (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or related to your violation of these terms or your misuse of the site or the assets.

Governing law and venue

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, USA, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Any dispute arising out of or related to these terms or the site will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Lee County, Florida, and you consent to personal jurisdiction in those courts.

Changes

When we materially change these terms, the date at the top of this page will update and we may notify affected users by email when appropriate. Cosmetic edits don't trigger a notification. If you keep using the site after a material change, that means you accept the new terms.

Severability

If any part of these terms is held unenforceable, the rest stays in effect.

All of these are written so that the songs can keep going where the Lord wants them to go — onto coloring-page kitchen tables, into VBS classrooms, into bedtimes — without accidentally turning into something they shouldn't. Hallelujah.
